Meet Our First Lady

First lady Marjorie A. McLennon hails from Morant, Clarendon in the beautiful country of Jamaica. Where she was raised and nurtured in the faith by her parents Adassa and Luther Campbell. She is a gracious, loving, and compassionate person, who loves the work of God and the ministry in which she was placed, and she believes, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”. Prior to accepting the call to serve and work at Prayer Tower Church, she was a member of Firm Foundation Ministries in Providenciales, Turks, and Caicos, where she served over the years as a Sunday school teacher, intercessory leader, altar worker, usher, and on the Evangelistic team. She was also an elect minister who demonstrated the gift of preaching and teaching the word of God.

First Lady McLennon is a school teacher by profession. She really enjoys enriching children’s life as she maximizes their language development in reading and communication. She obtained an associate degree in teaching from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from  Ashford university in Early Childhood Education and a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon Christian university. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral from Northern University.  She is the founder of Bright Starts Educational Daycare and The Bright-Starts Reading Program; a reading program that focuses on helping children to read at a very early age.

She is the wife of Pastor Jerome M. McLennon and the proud mother of Tyreik McLennon. At PTC she serves as the First Lady, Missionary, and auxiliary head of the Women’s ministry, where she gives oversight and directions to the ladies and is a very strong supporter of her husband. First Lady McLennon not only believe in the vision God has given her husband for the church, but she also stands with him proclaiming the vision that God has entrusted in their care.

Her passion is to encourage, inspire, motivate, and mentor women and children as they develop an intimate relationship with the Lord. First Lady McLennon, loves to spend her time writing songs and working to complete her first book on prayer and a children’s book. She hopes to be all God has intended for her.
